The Brava System is based
on the well-established principle of tissue expansion, successfully used for
more than 30 years to grow and reconstruct tissue in millions of patients.
A sustained and gentle pulling action stimulates growth and increases breast
tissue volume gradually, naturally, and safely.
A gentle and painless process that grows tissue naturally,
Brava consists of two plastic domes that fit comfortably over each breast.
The domes are attached to a rechargeable SmartBox(tm) which regulates the
system. The system is held in place under a comfortable sports bra. When activated,
the SmartBox(tm) draws air out of the domes and the breasts are gently drawn
forward. This mild pulling action within the domes causes the tissue to expand
and subsequently grow new tissue.
